Not long ago, I was an employed psychologist and worth millions of dollars. The economy took a downturn and like many people, I lost my employment and my fortune threatened.

I paid one attorney over $20,000.00 for litigation to save property from foreclosure but could not communicate with him despite leaving multiple telephone messages. It was not until I reviewed the San Diego County Court’s website that I learned that my case had been removed to the Federal District Court. A search of the federal Court’s website revealed that my case had been dismissed. My attorney never informed me of this fact. The banks quickly sold the properties that were once worth millions.

I had the feeling that he was working for my best interests and not motivated by money.  As a result of his efforts, I retained all of my remaining real estate and reduced the debt on those properties to their current market value.
